The 5ft 11in and 17st 11lb front row forward brought Premiership and European experience to London Welsh, having broken in to the Gloucester first-team during the 2012/13 season.
He made his Premiership debut against Wasps in September 2012 at Kingsholm, and went on to make 17 league appearances for Gloucester, as well as starting the Cherry and Whites' Amlin Cup quarter-final with Biarritz in April 2013. Born in Torquay, Koree moved to Gloucester from Exeter Chiefs at the age of 17, having played with the Chiefs from U10s to Colts. He joined Gloucester in 2009.

He reached a century of victories in 2008, 2010 and 2013 when he broke the £1-million prize money mark for the first time. At 6'7", Jersey-born Matt Banahan switched from the pack to the wing with devastating effect, scoring 16 tries in his debut season for Bath Rugby. Capped 16 times for England - he scored twice in his first two Test, and featured at the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand - Banahan is the undisputed top try-scorer in the current Bath squad and at full tilt is the scourge of opposition defences. A long-time servant of Bath Rugby, Banahan has been a fantastic ambassador for the Club since his arrival from the London Irish Academy in 2006.

Prior to his Masters at St Edmund's College Cambridge, he played for the Bath University side and was a member of the England Students Development squad. In his first season in Cornwall, he was all but ever present, featuring in 27 games. Reliably safe under the high ball, he also showed up strongly on the counter-attack.
Adam Swift

Adam Swift

St Helens Rugby League Player

Adam is a winger for St Helens Rugby Club and has matured to be one of the best finishers in the game. To date he has racked up more than 50 and 2015 was one of his most consistent to date. He made his debut away at Widnes in April 2012 and scored a hat-trick. One of the hardest working players off the field, Adam is quick, has a great side step and is solid under the high ball. He's also not afraid to come off his wing to help out his forward and international honours are sure to follow.
