Galal Yafai

Olympic Gold Medal Winning, Team GB Boxer

The younger brother of WBA super-flyweight world champion Kal and former WBC international super-bantamweight champion Gamal, Galal is no stranger to success in the ring, having built up a very impressive amateur record the Southpaw represented Great Britain in the Rio Olympics in 2016, he then went on to compete in the 2018 commonwealth games in Australia’s gold coast winning GOLD at light flyweight. Since then Galal has picked up impressive wins over some vastly experienced fighters, now looking towards Tokyo 2020 Galal is hoping to make an impression in the Olympic qualifiers in March 2020. Galal lists his all-time hero as the great Muhammad Ali who he emulated recently by winning Olympic gold at the Tokyo 2020 games.
